Now I've come to realize that I don't need to be the expert at everything. But if I can point to where the value is and package it well, then I'll get paid for making that introduction.

So let's walk through this full system because you can do this too. Let's walk through the system with four steps. We'll go from number four all the way to number one.

Dive into the Right Niches

Number four: find a fast-growing Skool community. You want a platform that's active and relevant and already delivering value. So you can take a look at their sales page, get a feel for what makes it great.

For my own part, I got to know the communities from YouTube and then I found them here on Skool. So that's how I found which ones I wanted to promote.

But if I wanted to promote anything in a niche, I would start typing AI and see what comes up—AI automation—and then I would look through all of the paid ones.

Real Results from Real Referrals

AI Creator Academy—I would go into that, I would check it out. I would go to their YouTube channel, I would go to their webpage, I would see if they are active and growing right now.

I was super lucky to find early AI adopters back when they were 194 people. And I've been inviting people here. And you can see that I'm making $57 per month from the three referrals that I've sent here.

Step 3: Turn Copy into a Selling Script

Number three: extract the copy and feed it to GPT. The step number three is to get ready to promote them. So I go to their about page, I grab all the content here.

But I did more than that—I recorded the video, then I took the transcript and I used that information to help me create my sales page.

So as you can see here, I have their sales page information and here's the transcript from the video that I captured as well.

AI Turns Sales Pages into Viral Scripts

So I take all of this, and this is where the AI comes in—where we can use ChatGPT to quickly turn this into a video script.

And part of the benefit of being in my community is all of the custom GPTs that we have set up so that it's really easy to go into the resources section, go to the video script monster processor, open this up, and then tell the processor to turn this into a 90-second viral video.

And this is the main part of it right here. This is the content that converts to sales because it creates that curiosity. It is clickbait. It tells all the benefits about the community and then it leads them to them.

Any Product, Any Community—Same Method

And you can do this with absolutely any sales page or any different video that they do. So I can go through any one of Mark's videos and I can do much the same thing.

So we can go into Perplexity, which I haven't watched, and we can just pause the video. I can take the transcript from the video and I can say the same thing to my GPT—please process this the same way.

So now I can create a short video that leads to a longer post, maybe that has another lead off to their community so that I'm doing all that pre-sales warm-up and I'm leading them through to the sales page for any of these different AI communities.

Promote with Posts and Profit from Referrals

And you could do this for absolutely any product that you want. I would look for the high ticket things that pay you recurring monthly income. And those are the main things to do.

So the next thing is to post—this is to create a blog post. So I also did another promotion for Julian for the AI Profit Boardroom, and I invited people there and made $25 from that.

There's a coaching call coming up in 30 minutes. I can be there, I can record that, I can make a video about it, I can make a promotion about it, and then send people to this community.

It's amazing stuff going on in here, so I'm happy to send people to them. And what I do is I create a blog post about it.

Blog Posts That Convert Like Sales Funnels

So here's a later one of the things that Julian did recently and I did this—I created that post and it talked about how it changed the way I'm doing my stuff. So it's got a screenshot from his video and then a link through my referral link to his community.

So this post becomes a referring URL, an earning center for me. And then to cement it in, I also created a short video to go along with it where it has this very same script that we're just talking about here.

Step 2: Use HeyGen to Generate the Video

So I've taken this GPT, I've created a script for it. Now the next thing for me to do is to copy and paste this into HeyGen.

Number two: generate the video using HeyGen. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to edit as a new video. I'll take the same format that I've already done, and I'll rearrange it a bit and I'll just copy and paste in the new content.

So I know that each of these needs to be short. So this is how I just go through it, put it into this kind of video, and then I publish it, put it onto YouTube.

Fast Video Creation and a Revenue-Driven System

It only takes me a couple minutes to copy and paste this stuff across and I can make videos in no time. There is an option to also automate it, but right now I get unlimited video production here in this membership that I've paid for and the API is another fee.

So I am just using this one for all it's worth right now before I am upgrading. And as this pays for the HeyGen upgrade, then I'll upgrade on HeyGen.

But everything I do has to create its own revenue and build from its own value.

And if it has no value and it doesn't create any revenue, then I stop doing it and I go on and I focus on those things that are creating the revenue.

Why I'm Making This Video—and Why You Should Too

Number one: post link and blog it. Once I've completed the video, I will publish it over onto my YouTube channel onto the Shorts section.

Then I will have a blog post that I'll put out onto my publication on Medium (LearnAItoProfit.com) has over 10,000 followers now.

It's really growing fast. It is quite amazing.

And then after a while, my automation sends everything out to the different social platforms. Here we can see one that's going out to Reddit, and we've got a growing community going on on Reddit because of that social media sharing automation.

So it really helps to grow the overall audience when you're setting up these automations.

Full Automation from Research to Script to Video

Another powerful automation that we have here is to automatically take information from a product, have ChatGPT or Perplexity do research on it, have that research written into a summary, and have the summary turned into a video script.

And have everything put into a file and then stored into a Google Sheet so that all of this preparation phase is all done automatically. And then we can just copy and paste details into HeyGen video to finish up the content production.

Each Video is Digital Real Estate That Can Pay

And the last step of automating that HeyGen video is what I'll be doing next here. And it's important to think of each of these videos as a little piece of real estate.

When they're made correctly—so they're persuasive and they have a call to action—then they make a difference. And as you build each piece of content, each one can earn, and you don't have to babysit it anymore.

You can just keep building over time. These digital properties build up and they stack over time month after month.

Stack Your Digital Assets, Not Just Views
