7 Revenue Streams with NoteBookLM and YouTube
How These New Videos Will Help YOU Succeed!
(Built Around Google NotebookLM)
Why I'm Overhauling My YouTube Strategy (And How You Benefit)
Hey, welcome or welcome back. My name is Doug from AI Business Plans, and in this video I'm going to do a talk through of the change of my business plan that I want to do for this channel. There will be three parts to this video where I'm going to explain the change of the business plan that I'm going to do, the change of the videos going that I'm going to do, and why I'm going to do it.
I want to make sure that this is going to be as beneficial as possible for you, the viewer. I'm really looking forward to, and I'm actually counting on, your comments down below these videos to let me know which business plans you would like to learn most about. So as we go through the video and something pops to your mind, uh, leave it in the comments down below.
My automation is going to scrape all those comments into a spreadsheet so that I can organize them, and I'll go through and make sure that I'm looking at all of those suggestions.
A Proven Format from Another Channel I'm Bringing Here
So what I'm going to do is experimenting with a new style of video that I'm doing over on another channel, and it's really getting some great results. I think that it'll work just as well over here, and perhaps even better because of the broader audience and the appeal of the AI business plans right now.
So I'm going to start experimenting with a new style of research video for the YouTube channel that's going to create a business plan PDF and a podcast that we can listen through to see if this is the business plan that's going to fit for our business. The reason I'm doing this is because I've been doing the "do and show" business plan model for a long time now.
My main focus when I started off was to do the "do-and-show" business plan where I take an AI tool, I use it, and then I show you the results and I give a tutorial on how to use it because I've gone through and I can show you what works and what doesn't.
Why “Do and Show” Content Just Isn’t Cutting It Anymore
The trouble with the "do-and-show" business plan is that it takes a long time to build out an example to show the results for. And I found that while I've got my head down working hard, the AI space has changed so fast that I'm really missing out on what's going on.
Recently, I started a new style of video that was based on research that I did through the Google Notebook LM. So I was on YouTube researching more about how to use Google Notebook LM and I came across a Blazing Zebra video and uh, he did a “build an epic startup” and he showed how to use Notebook LM Gemini 2.5.
The 30-Day Sprint to Summarize the Web’s Best AI Plans
This is just one example of many different AI business plan models that are being shared online right now. So my goal for the next 30 days is to do a sprint where I'm summarizing other creators' work and their business plans that they've published.
I want to use these AI tools to summarize and curate everything together and do one business plan every day and then put it out into a PDF and into a podcast, make that into a blog post and publish it out there. So that I'm going to learn all about the different top AI business plans that are being shared all over the place on all the blog posts, on all the Reddit posts, and all the Twitter threads.
Turning Daily Research Into Revenue-Building Assets
I will use the AI tools to search through everything and boil it down so that I can get a core business plan each day that's going to solve a core problem for people. It's going to show us which tools we should use and it's going to give us a plan that's going to generate revenue or save time for our business.
So that every single day I'm going to curate this down into a PDF pack. I'll put all of that content into AI Business Plans where we have a 7-day free trial. You can join up, click on learn, get into the courses and the blueprints, and every day I'll have a new bundle of blueprints to add in to this course material.
Here’s the Step-by-Step Plan I’m Following
Here's the step-by-step plan that I have right now. And I would love to get your comments and feedback down below. So each day I'm going to go through phase one where I'll research using Google Notebook LM, and I'll gather together all of the pain points.
I'll gather together all the resources I need and I'll gather together the questions that people are asking about this on different social platforms. Then I'm going to create a simple business plan and that outlines the AI tools that I need and the action steps that I need to take.
Then I'm going to record a YouTube tutorial that is going to explain how I researched it, what the business plan is, and it's going to turn into a podcast that goes through an interview style where they talk back and forth and they explain the entire business plan to us.
What You’ll Get From Each Daily Business Plan Video
So each day I aim to have three different sets of assets. First of all, I'll have the PDF, which is the action steps that we want to take. I'll have the podcast that explains everything, and then I'll have all the promotional material.
So the podcast is so that we could listen to these business plans while we're driving somewhere and decide, hey, maybe I want to do more with that business plan. Then the PDF is to give us those specific steps to follow through. After I turn that research into a video and into a PDF and into a podcast, then I'm going to publish it and share it on social media.
And that will become an asset for me that continues working for me long after I've done creating it.
Why This Format Helps Me Keep Up With AI Trends
One of the reasons I want to do this new content style is because AI is changing so fast that I'm digging down into one business plan and I'm working it to get the results, but there's so much going on that I'm missing some really great ideas. So what I want to do for the next while is to take a broader overview of all of the ideas that are coming out about AI business plans and then to do the research, coalesce them down, and to produce one of those every single day.
So that I am scanning everything, and by the end of the 30 days I think I'm going to find something that really connects with me, that feels right for the next stage of some of the projects that I'm working on. And one of the projects I'm working on is to show that you can make seven different revenue streams out of any different YouTube channel.
How I Make Money on a Non-Monetized YouTube Channel
Even like this channel—it's not a monetized channel.
And I've got six different revenue streams from this YouTube channel. And you can do the same thing with your YouTube channel.
So if you're starting off with a faceless YouTube channel and you're worried that you have a long ways to go before you're going to get monetized, the truth is there are six different revenue streams that you can put in place long before you get your YouTube monetization approved.
You see, I've been proving out this passive income YouTube flywheel in a different niche recently. And that's what's inspiring me to change the format of the videos on this channel for the next while, because I'm finding that I have a simple, repeatable video format that's really easy to do and gets some amazing results, and I really, I learn a lot from doing it.
The Passive Income Content Loop That Works on Autopilot
Then it's easy to distribute across multiple different platforms, and this creates an automated content loop because the video encourages you to download the PDF which connects you to the community and many different referral programs. The blog posts link you to the video, which links you to the PDF. The social media links you to the video, and you know, it just keeps going through the cycle so that it keeps connecting people into the ad cycle.
So some of the revenue you can make is your Google ad revenue.
Then you can make ad revenue from publishing your free Beehiiv email newsletter. And there's my referral link there. That'll save you some money as well. Highly targeted audience.
You can also make an income stream by republishing your blog post over onto Medium, and that turns into a revenue stream.
Multiple Streams of Income, One YouTube Channel
You can connect up to different referral programs so that you can make some income. If you get big enough, you can get some sponsorships, and you can have your PDFs that people download that are embedded with calls to action where they can click through to your community, your email list, your social profiles.
You can build yourself in many different ways.
You can also build your income streams by having a publication on Medium and inviting other people to write for you. Now other people are working for you and helping you build your audience. This is an amazingly powerful strategy that most people overlook.
The next one is to set up your own course so that you can sell something and you can get some direct money from it.
You can have a private community for upscale tickets as well.
Wrapping It All Into a Bigger Long-Term Vision
So the reason I'm changing this is because I do have that longer-term vision for my videos where I want to build those seven revenue streams into this channel as well.
And so to wrap it up, I want to go through and I want to change the model of the style of video that I'm doing for this channel so that I can unlock more of those seven revenue streams.
And it's an easier video for me to do.
I can produce a video that's really helpful, really deep research, and impactful every single day when I'm using the AI tools like this. And we'll see how this turns out for my traffic in the long term.
Daily Sprint Series Launches Now – Watch This Space
So that about wraps it up for my change of content strategy session where I'm going to continue doing the "do and show" business plan videos, but they're going to be less frequent in between. You know, they take a while to do.
And I'm going to do a daily sprint series of the research and recommend videos where I'm going to find all of those best AI business plans and I'm going to reveal them in the daily videos. Each video will have a quick introduction and then the longer podcast section so that we can listen through and see if this business plan is something for us or not.
And as I go through this daily sprint series, I will be implementing the plan to build those seven revenue streams into this YouTube channel.
