Copy First - Create Later

Get it Now in 5 Free Steps

Can I really create viral content, increase my reach, and finally see my work pay off just by copying what's already working? I know that sounds insane, but I can—and in this video, I'll show you exactly how.

After nearly a decade of refining this exact method, I watched my own results explode. My Medium readership grew, my YouTube channel doubled and my ai community grew to a five figure income in just a few months.

And you can also turn your passion into consistent online sales by mastering this exact strategy.

Content creators are standing at the edge of a brand-new economy - powered by artificial intelligence and blockchain.

There’s gold in the hills, but most of us are digging blind. You put in hours building automations, designing posts, uploading videos… and most of it flops. It’s frustrating. And when your best work goes ignored, it’s hard not to take it personally.

The real problem isn’t the algorithm—it’s where we put our attention. If you’re still emotionally invested in content that failed, you’ll stay stuck.

Today, I'm introducing the free "Swipe and Shape" strategy.

It's a simple but powerful framework that leverages AI to replicate your best results and the top-performing content in your niche—all in just minutes. Even I was shocked by how dramatically my audience’s reactions shifted.

Marketing Business Online

If you’re trying to build a content business or sell online, chances are you’re stuck in one of two modes:

  • Staring at a blank page trying to be original

  • Publishing stuff that no one’s paying attention to

Here’s an easy truth that I was avoiding as a creator: I should not invest in learning a new skill.

Because you don’t need more content ideas.
You need to share better versions of ideas that already work.

I’ve been there—sitting with 100 pieces of content, wondering why only five took off while the rest gathered digital dust.

It’s easy to spiral into frustration, comparing effort to outcome, and feeling stuck. But that’s exactly the mindset that guarantees more failure.

Here’s what I’ve realized: the creators who win in the AI-driven content game aren’t the ones who never fail.

They’re the ones who watch what works and repeat it with joy, not resentment.

If you’ve been stuck focusing on what didn’t work, this will help you pivot.

I’ll show you how to use your best results as fuel—and bring excitement back into the grind.

The Real Problem Isn’t the Algorithm—It’s Our Attention

Let’s be objective. If you’ve created a ton of content, chances are most of it went nowhere.

Your mind mind may fixate on the unrewarded effort. Suppose you find yourself replaying how long it took to film that video, or how clever that post was, and how unfair it is that nobody saw it.

You want to tell the story of your effort. You want it to matter.

And when it doesn’t, you may carry that frustration into your next piece—and it shows.

You’re not excited. You’re bitter. But even in that struggle there is an answer - and I'm going to share my personal steps with you.

I know because I do it too. I'd look at those 95 “failures” and tell myself a sad story:

“This should’ve worked.”

“The algorithm is broken.”

“Why am I even doing this?”

Meanwhile, those five top performers?—the ones that did connect, the ones that actually brought in results—were just sitting there, waiting for me to study them.

Waiting to be repeated.

The Shift

What if, instead of focusing on the truth of what failed, you only focused on the truth, of what worked?

Here’s the shift that changed everything for me:

Go back through your last 100 pieces of content.

Don’t worry about how you feel about them.

Just look at the numbers: views, comments, clicks, saves, watch time—whatever matters in your space.

Identify the top 5 performers.

These are your gold mines.

They cut through the noise.

They connected.

Analyze them like a detective.

  1. What were the topics?

  2. What was your mood when you made them?

  3. What AI tools did you use? What format? What hook? What tone?

  4. Were you excited when you hit publish? Were you confident?

  5. Recreate the energy.

Don’t just copy the topic—copy the feeling.

Bring that same mindset to this research.

Use AI to double down.

AI Action Framework: The “Swipe and Shape” Method

  1. Identify Top Performers in Your Niche:

  • Go to accounts that are ahead of you (followers, engagement, reach).

  • Sort their content by popularity (likes, views, saves).

  • Find the top 10–20 posts that exploded - which are a match to YOUR best performers?

That’s your creative sweet spot.

  1. Break Down their Patterns:

  • What are the titles/hooks?

  • How is the post structured (list, story, tip, bold opinion)?

  • What emotion does it trigger (curiosity, outrage, inspiration, identity)?

  • Why start from scratch when the market has already told you what it wants?

Model the winners, remix in your style, and ride the wave of demand.

The content that gets rewarded is the content that connects.

So reverse-engineer the connection.

  1. Create Your Version:

Keep the framework, swap the brand.

Insert your personality, your stories, your point of view to recreate a variation of your most successful content while including the strategies of the best in your niche!.

Stay true to your voice, your best skillset and your experience while matching the proven format.

Feed your top 5 into ChatGPT or Claude and ask:

  • What themes are present in this content?

  • What emotional tone is being expressed?

  • What kind of headline is being used?

  • What’s the CTA?

Then have the AI generate a new variation in that same tone, structure, and energy.

If a piece of content is already performing well, for you or for for someone else in your niche, it means the audience has spoken.

They’re hungry for that message, that format, that tone. So instead of guessing, instead of learning a new skill... you model your past success to expand your audience and help more people.

Mindset Shift:

“Let the audience show you what they want—then give it to them in your voice.”

You’re studying patterns.

You’re decoding demand.

Great content leaves a trail that we can follow.

The algorithm promoted it, the audience engaged with it, and now it’s your turn to adapt it.

Why Most People Stay Stuck
(And How to Break the Cycle)

Here’s the brutal truth: most people stay stuck because they can’t stop emotionally investing in their failures. They carry the frustration of last week’s flopped post into this week’s strategy.

And life doesn’t make it easier. Maybe you’re broke. Maybe your car’s on the fritz. Maybe your credit card’s maxed and you’re choosing between groceries and gas. That’s real. It’s not a mindset issue—it’s survival.

But here’s where the choice comes in:

You can still decide which pieces of your work to focus on. And when you choose to focus on what worked, you reclaim momentum.

Because when you’re:

  • Excited about your ideas

  • Confident about your next steps

  • Curious about how far you can go

It lands differently. It has a spark.

That spark attracts the right people, the right opportunities, and yes—better numbers.

But it all starts with choosing where your attention goes.

The Outcome:

What Happens When You Only Focus on What Works

Let’s go back to that frustration loop.

You feel stuck. Your content isn’t taking off. Your financial situation’s a mess. You’re watching people win online while you’re stuck wondering, “What am I missing?”

The answer isn’t hustle. It’s not working more hours. It’s not forcing yourself to create when you’re drained.

The answer is pattern recognition. And excitement.

When you build from your wins:

  • You feel more creative

  • You get more done in less time

  • You make content that actually connects

  • You start seeing results you can build on

And six months from now?

You won’t be in the same place. You’ll be in a better one—with better content, better tools, and better numbers to back you up.

Then—here’s the magic—you show your work.

  • You document the process.

  • You share your results.

  • You become a living case study and invite your audience along for the ride.

Why This Works:

  1. You’re Learning from the Front of the Pack: These creators are already crushing it. They’ve figured out what the market responds to.

When you model their content, you’re downloading the blueprint in real time.

  1. You’re Applying the Knowledge: This isn’t theory. You’re building your business by practicing what works.

The repetition makes you fluent, and you start seeing your own data, your own traction.

  1. You’re Teaching as You Go: You become a translator for everyone who’s confused or overwhelmed.

You’re one step ahead, lighting the path behind you.

Think of It Like This:

  • You are your own university.

  • The AI tools are your classroom.

  • Your competitors are the professors.

  • Your content is your homework.

  • Your audience is watching you take the exam—and they’re learning through your example.

The 5 Step Plan:

Step 1: Pick Your Mentors Identify 3–5 high-performing creators in your space

These are your unofficial teachers—they already cracked the code

Step 2: Copy to Learn Choose their top-performing posts

Deconstruct the hook, the layout, the message, the CTA

Step 3: Create your version of the same post—same style, new voice

Step 4: Do & Show Your Results Share the metrics: what worked, what didn’t, what surprised you

Let your audience watch you learn in public

This transparency builds trust and teaches your tribe

Step 5: Turn Your Process into an Agency. Offer your automation blueprint solutions to business.

Why Your Audience Loves This:

You’re making the path real, not theoretical

You’re showing that success is buildable, and that you can do it.

Bottom Line:

You don’t need to become an expert at a new skill - you are a specialist. You just need to be in motion—studying the best, applying what works, and turning your journey into the roadmap for others.

Model it. Do it. Show it. Teach it.

That’s the loop. That’s the brand. That’s the business.

The Past Doesn’t Predict the Future (Unless You Let It)

You’re not stuck. You just haven’t learned to listen to your own data.

There’s no guru who knows your audience better than your top 5 posts.

So do this:

  • Go back through your last 100 pieces.

  • Find your top 5 winners.

  • Bring them to your AI tool and study the hell out of them.

  • Recreate the mindset you had when you made them.

  • Use automation to repeat your success.

  • And most importantly—get excited again.

That energy is what creates viral content. That belief is what attracts your audience. That shift is what makes this all worth doing.

You are not building from scratch. You are building from proof.

Let’s go make the next five your best five.
