Create, Post, and Share Money Making Articles with AI in Minutes
Can AI Content Deliver Passive Income?
In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to generate an article using AI and post it onto Medium. Then we're going to run another automation to share that new Medium article on social media.
This is a really powerful sequence and I can't wait to show you through it.
The Automation Begins in a Google Sheet

Spreadsheet of data for generating the AI Article (screenshot by author)
There's a spreadsheet down below that has all the data.
The status is set at pending, and
the title is a question that I got from Perplexity about what people are asking about the Beehiiv system.
I collected a bunch of keyword phrases,
added a bunch of negative words that I want the AI to take out from the generation to come.
I have a persona, a specific person who is going to speak in first person inside this article.
The article is broken up into the problem-agitate-solution framework, and the AI is going to write it according to this framework.
We've got some samples for it here, and it pulls in our data, including the affiliate link, and then it's going to generate that article.
Creating and Posting Articles on Medium

This is writing the problem-agitate-solve article style, the new title, generating the image, which takes a bit of time, and then it should be quick uploading the image, posting to the publication, and updating the spreadsheet.
We should see that happen down in the lower panel here. So there is our update. I can go to the Medium link and see it because I'm logged in here, but it's just a draft, so I have to do some work on this to finish it.
Look at this. This is pretty fantastic.
The only referral link in the whole thing is very informational and laid out really nicely. I like it. It's got an image there, wow, that is insane.
Now we've got this updated, let's run the second automation and watch what happens in our spreadsheet.
Social Media Automation in Action (screenshot by author)
There, it's tweeted, and we can see that the flow is taking a bit more time here. It's out on LinkedIn and it's processing now to be rewritten a different way, similar but different, onto Reddit.

Let's check these out. Here is the LinkedIn post, very nice. It introduces it as Emma, nice and brief, and then it reads the full article. It doesn't have the referral link in here at all, which is perfect.
Now I can go over to Reddit and I can approve this is Beehiiv suitable.
Again, it's a different write-up, really nice layout, and it links back to the original post. It would be nice to have the better post link set up in there, but that's not bad.
Now I can refresh Twitter and see how that tweet turned out. Very good. So discover how AI can reshape your business strategy from automating mundane tasks. Nice, not formatted as nicely but pretty good.
Let's see that article.
Here's the article written on AI tools for the writer publication and it's really got a wonderful layout to the article.
I went into my Beehiiv instance and took some screenshots of some of the earnings that I made from the small following that I have, and I linked off to another article of mine on AI business plans from Medium.
This is some of the juice here.
Now we have the free plan available, so that goes through my referral link to Beehiiv and then more detail about smoothly migrating your process and changing things from a different platform.
Promoting Content and Referral Links
Then, some more details about what goes on inside Beehiiv as a platform.
Ready to start?
Cross Promote
Then I'm cross-promoting a little bit more content and disclose that there are referral links inside, and I've got little-used tags down along the bottom for this right now.
➤ Here's the link and then connection up to all the social media, including the community where people can try the 7-day trial and see that you can earn 60% for any referrals that you do in our community.
So this was just published over on AI Tools for Writers.
As I open up AI Tools for Writers, we can see that the most recent articles here posted why Beehive might be the ultimate newsletter tool for newbies.
Now I've got a whole bank of articles to go through and to start processing this way.
Once the article has been written through the first sequence, then I want to go through and have a very similar sequence fired through again.
Using Different Article Styles
Writing in different article styles (screenshot by author)
But in the next automation, instead of doing the problem-agitate-solve article style, I want to do the before-and-after bridge article style.
I want to do the epiphany article style, and I want to do the success story article style.
Each one of them will be posted onto a different publication onto Medium, and they'll all link back to each other to create a cluster of links all around each of the different referral programs that I want to feature.
For me, as I went through and selected these referral programs, I wanted them to have a free level for anybody who I sent them to.
I wanted it to be a really good product that I'm using myself, and the product must pay a referral program that is a monthly basis for me having referred them a client. I've got 40 different AI programs here that I am promoting.
That means there are four different or five different article styles for each of these 40 different referral programs.
That's what I'm starting on now, and I'll report on it as I proceed.
I invite you to subscribe to the email newsletter over on the website or join the community and jump right in and put these things to work for you.
That's it for today's video.
Everyone stay safe, and here's to your success.
