Unlocking the Secret Sauce of Viral YouTubers

This AI Cracked the YouTube Algorithm – And You Can Copy It

In this video I'm going to pull back the curtain on what makes top YouTube creators so wildly successful and I'm going to show you how to apply it to your own content strategy with this automation.

What if you could steal the secret sauce from YouTube's top creators and use it to script your own viral videos in minutes?

I reverse engineered some of the best YouTubers' content. I fed it into Google Notebook LM. I uncovered the exact patterns behind their content structures, their hooks, their engagement tactics, and even how they close.

Then I built a Make automation that turns your ideas into scripts following their style. If you'd like to get these blueprints and learn how to style any of the top YouTubers, I've put a link in the description below so that you can steal this framework. You can script like the pros, and you can start creating videos like never before.

💡 Reverse Engineering Ed Lawrence's Content Strategy

What I did is I took the last year of videos from the Ed Lawrence channel and I brought them all together inside a Google Notebook LM instance. Then I asked ChatGPT to give me a prompt that will reveal the entire strategy from this YouTube channel.

It's going to give me their introduction, their main content structure, their transitions, their audience engagement techniques, and the conclusion and call to action. Then I put that prompt into the Google NotebookLM, and the results that it gave me are absolutely mind-blowing.

The patterns that Ed Lawrence uses in his videos became crystal clear.

But I wasn't done there.

I took that same pattern and I gave it to ChatGPT, and I told it to turn that into a prompt that I could use inside my Make automation.

So this is where it all fits together.

🧠 Automate Everything: From Ideas to Visual Assets

YouTube Video Script Automation (by ai-businessplans)

We take that prompt information, we take our basic idea from our spreadsheet, and our prompt now will take our idea and rewrite it into the long-style format following the style that Ed Lawrence uses.

So this system lets you input all of your information from your business idea. It will write it into a video style that Ed Lawrence would recommend. Then it takes that and it breaks it down into a 40-second viral video format.

We have Eleven Labs read that out into a high-quality voice, upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive. Then we're going to create 10 different image prompts so that we can start creating some collateral to go along with our videos.

All the information from our video ideas starts off with the spreadsheet. We put our stories back into the spreadsheet, along with the audio and the prompts that are going to generate the images for us.

Image and Video Generating Automation (by ai-businessplans)

We take those prompts from the spreadsheet and we send it to a second automation so that we can turn those into a Flux AI image that is based on our branding. So we can use any kind of different Flux image generator here, including our own custom LoRA.

Finally, we get this image back. We have ChatGPT look at it, write a description, give us all the different keywords for this, upload it to the Google Drive, and save it in our spreadsheet. Then we send that image over to Kling AI Video for animation, and we get a bunch of assets that we can use for completing our video edits.

I was up late last night working on this and up early this morning.

I'm super excited about this. But now in this video I want to go through the process again and I want to show you how you can do the very same thing.

So here's how to follow along the entire process.

You find your YouTubers that you want to learn from. You want to copy their style, but you also want to learn from the content in their videos.

📚 Learn From the Greats and Build Your Own Library

So I'm really a fan of Helena Liu. She does a fantastic job with her videos. I really like the content that Jack Roberts puts out.

I'm a big fan of Nate Herk. I'm just learning stuff about N8N and I haven't started doing any coding there, so I want to build a knowledge base that lets me find out what makes his videos so awesome.

But what is it in the content that I could learn as well?

Another really great is Nick Saraev. He does a fantastic job of teaching others about how to use these automations to create your own agency.

So I want to study from all of these greats.

I want to go through, copy and paste all of their videos into a NotebookLM. And then I will put this together so that I can use this for my own content.

🔥 How to Analyze and Replicate Top Performing YouTube Videos

So the first step is to create a new notebook.

And then we're going to go and find the top videos that we want to model.

I'm going to go through the popular videos and I'm going to start with these, and I'm going to put the 10 most popular videos in here that have given him the best return all the way along — maybe more than 10 — anything that's got over 10k views, except for the interview-style ones.

He's got a lot of tutorial content in here that's got really valuable information, but it's also getting 10,000 views. These are the kind of things that I want to study and learn from, so I can just open these up into a different tab.

So I take the video and I paste it in here, insert, and now I'm just going to go through this process and copy and paste in all of the different videos.

All right, there we go.

I've entered in 41 different videos from Jack's channel and now we can start asking it the questions from our LMS.

🤖 Turning YouTuber Insights Into Automated Prompts

So I'm going to start off by analyzing the videos and give us the prompt that we want. So I'm going to start off by saying, analyze these videos — and there's more than 30, so just do them all. So we put that prompt in there, and the LLM gives us all of the details of the structure of his videos, the summary, the analysis, everything.

It's absolutely fantastic.

So all we have to do is copy this.

Now we bring it over to another LM, where we're going to take this and we're going to have it turn it into the prompts that we can use inside our automation. So we put that in, click on send, and then this GPT will switch it over so that we can use it inside our automation.

And here we start off with the prompts that we need inside our automation. So now we can take this very same automation and we can make a copy of it. So we can simply clone this automation and save it, and now we'll have the automation that writes in an entirely different voice.

🎨 Crafting Custom Video Styles Using Automation

So what we'll do is just go inside this automation and change out the prompts, and that's going to give us an entirely different style video transcript.

So we take the system prompt and we bring it in here, and then we're going to take the assistant prompt and I'll take it over to an instance of Notebook first so that I can keep the formatting of the text properly.

So it keeps the spacing in the formatting of the text when I put it into the assistant prompt.

There we go. And now I need the user prompt. So the user prompt is: make sure you follow all these guidelines here. This is the part that changes, so we go into the user prompt, change this part, and now we have another automation that is Jack Roberts style.

And this automation is now ready to create video transcripts following Jack's form from any idea that we feed it.

Then it'll create the short viral video, it'll create the transcript for it and the audio, then it'll create 10 different image prompts that we can feed into the next automation to create the collateral that we need inside our videos.

📦 From Scripts to Success:
Launching Your AI Agency

And now inside our community, both on the marketplace and over on the school marketplace, we have these automations where you can write in Ed Lawrence style, you can write in Helena Leu style as well, and now we have Jack Roberts style also set up in here.

So now we can use any of these automations to create a video that follows along the same format, but we also have these knowledge bases where we can ask them for information and learn from these masters as well.

Model the best Video Script Formats and start practicing!

With these automations, you are instantly an expert scriptwriter, specializing in crafting friendly and informative videos.

You follow structured styles that consist of engaging introductions with a really good hook, clear step-by-step instructions, and tool demonstrations with real-world examples, clear transitional phrases, direct engagement calls to action, and all of this is built into your transcript.

But this automation sequence is intended to do far more.

This is going to create all of the collaterals — the images and the videos that we need to put inside the video that we're going to polish, finish, and then publish onto the different social platforms.

The main intent is that you grab these automations, you follow this 30 days to passive income, and you start making your own money online.

Once you've proven these skills, you can start setting up to become your own AI agency and sell this service to local businesses who are struggling to change over from text-based search engine optimization marketing over to video-based marketing on the social platforms.

It is a massive transition, and with these AI tools it takes care of so much of the work that we can get out there and we can scale our businesses.

Thanks again for watching all the way through.

I hope this was helpful for you.

I would love to see you inside the community.

Stay safe everyone, here's to your success.
