This Simple Automation Prints Money

I'm uploading everything to Google Docs and Google Sheets so that I can process that, and I'm creating articles over onto my publication on Medium.

I really love to hear when some of my students are getting good results, but here's the thing that I was having trouble with.

I had been collecting up all of my referral program links, but I was really kind of overwhelmed with creating all of the consistent content for it. To write these engaging blog posts and put all of these referral links in there takes a lot of time.

So I wanted to do something that's going to automate that process because really it was on my to-do list, but it was never getting done.

And so by the time we're done this video you'll know exactly how to organize your referral links into a spreadsheet and then to use our automation to change those into blog posts and into video scripts that you can then use a tool like HeyGen to create some automated faceless videos.

You'll have this automation machine that'll build the content and embed your links for you so that you can grow your reoccurring revenue without writing all the content yourself.

The Old Way vs. The New Way to Create Content

When I first started creating content online I definitely had to write all my own content and record all my own videos and manually put in all of the referral links. There was no artificial intelligence and it was definitely exhausting and overwhelming. It took a lot of time and a lot of investment upfront before you got any results.

But now that we have automations and we can create this content so quickly the story has really changed.

What used to take many many hours to create the content and then create a video now can be done in just a few minutes, and the videos are just amazing. Within a few hours work I can set up blog posts and schedule them out over time so that it keeps working for me while I'm off building some additional new content.

Now step number one is we want to start off with branded links.

So we're going to take all of our referral links and we're going to use short.io to create our own custom branded links. Once we have those custom branded links we can create a spreadsheet and then we can use our automation so that it will look into the spreadsheet and it'll take that referral link and it'll give that to Perplexity AI to go out and do the research.

Why Perplexity Beats the Competition

When I was first setting up and testing this automation I tested a few different AI tools. So we can see here that Perplexity came back with some really great research given very little bit of information to start off with.

When I compared that against Gemini there was a lot of misleading information in that test.

So as I went through and I tested more different things, I saw that Perplexity won hands down time after time after time.

So it gave me the confidence to put Perplexity into the automation and just give it the role. And then once that information's here back then I want to create a story form version of that content, a first person story, and then I want to summarize that.

This is where I use Claude to take the original information from Perplexity and rewrite it into a style of video that's very engaging and persuasive. And then I'm going to copy and paste that script into these HeyGen videos and produce them.

It is amazingly quick and fast.

The Power of Automation: Fast Content Creation

Now the automation can go through and create these articles really quickly, but the slow point is at the end to do all of the editing to make sure that everything is formatted properly. It's laid out properly, it's got images and text and links put into it. So now the work is not in the writing at all.

We have a team of writers that do everything for us and the work now is just being the editor at the end so we can publish these, we can produce these very quickly, we can go through in a couple hours and do dozens of them. But then we'll have to spend, um, 45 minutes I would say on each of them to do a good job of editing that into something that somebody's going to have the patience to read through.

It has to be spaced out properly, it has to look good and right now I don't have the AI trained to produce an article that is formatted properly. That's something that would come after doing four or five of these, then I could take the finished post that I have as a polished example and I could give it back into the earlier steps of the process and say here are some samples that I want you to take this content and turn it into a sample that's formatted like this and is spaced out like this.

So that'll be the next evolution of this automation for sure.

Future Automation Upgrades and Big Affiliate Opportunities

And so now no matter what your niche is, I recommend that you go out and you look for referral programs that will pay you monthly. If you refer sales to them, if they will pay you 30% monthly, this is a very fair deal, and if they'll pay you 40 or 50%, this is even better.

You get a better deal than the owner of the company because they have to do all the work, they have to do all of the taxes, they have to do all of the cost expenses on it. And so it's a much better deal to be a referral partner and get a 40% recurring income. Then we can go out and just produce a whole bunch of content that really answers all of the problems that our users are having.

Solving the Biggest Pain Points with AI

So we could look for problems that customers are having. These are 18 different difficulties that people have and why they turn to the AI automation communities.

• They are overloaded, they don't know where to start, they want a plan of action.

• They don't have any structured guidance or a clear roadmap.

• They want a specific plan to know how to do it.

• They're getting technical hurdles and they're being stuck because they don't know how to use a simple thing in the tool and it stops their entire process. It gives you frustrated, you don't get anything done, but if you had somebody who could just quickly show you that next step, man, it makes all the difference.

• Maybe they don't have the ready-to-use resources already built to just plug right in like this automation.

This is a HeyGen video, so this is a video example that I used with HeyGen and I used those scripts in the same way where I had the AI create the script and then I brought that script into HeyGen and I just copied and pasted into the setup template for the next video.

So it becomes a really quick process and soon I'll be automating it so it goes directly into HeyGen and does everything automatically.

But first I want to go through the manual process myself, get really familiar with it, then I know exactly what to automate.
