I Used 94% of Make.com Free Operations

This Is What It Accomplished For Me

I can’t believe how much 942 operations accomplished for me!

In this post I’ll share my 7 Make Blueprints and the content assets they created.

AI generated content is the new standard, it’s been here for longer than most of us realize.

The following automations demonstrate what anyone can do, using a free account with Make, a free gmail, free blogging with beehiiv and Medium - promoted by free socials.

Make.com Blueprints June/July 2024

The following Make.com Blueprints were developed and tested through June and July of 2024 and we work with our community to make improvements!

I’ll provide a brief about each Blueprint and the lasting content assets that have been created, from AI generated Tweets, posts on LinkedIn and Reddit, and even fully written articles that have been accepted by large Publications.

1). RSS to Social Media

When a new article from my Medium Publication has been approved, it can be quickly announced on our socials.

This can be set up for any RSS feed.

As the number of contributing authors begins to grow with Learn AI For Profit and AI Tools for Writers, this automation will become more important.

I’ll broaden the number of different platforms that are notified.

2). Post My Stuff to X (twitter)

When I started a new Twitter account and published a new subReddit, I had the first intention of sharing the blog posts, videos and article content I already have created.

I had to create a spreadsheet of the content assets I already had, so I could then schedule the automated sharing.

After exporting the sitemap from my website, I organized a drip-feed strategy to slowly get all the blog posts and website pages shared on X (twitter).

I set up 48 Blog Posts - and they were all tweeted from the end of June and mid-July.

Next I’ll set up a sequence of all the Medium posts related to this topic.

After

After Posting, the tweet data is recorded into the spreadsheet.

3). Content to My SubReddit

In the same starting strategy as with twitter, the first goal is to slowly drip-feed a post that is linking back to my blog posts and web pages.

Actually, after just ONE WEEK of activity, I’ve become much more excited about Reddit after setting up this automation and observing the platform.

The Reddit Sharing started with Blog Posts that also had a YouTube video included in the post.

These are my Keystone articles.

Following these, I’ll begin the same process with the more basic blog posts on the website, as I did with twitter.

I’m delighted by the formatting of the automated post but even more interested in the Hourly View Data that I can see below the post.

4). Reddit Comment Automation Pair

Take this section with great care.

Doing automated comments the wrong way will get you suspended.

I noticed a comment on one of my new posts on Reddit, so of course I wanted to engage… but the comment was vague and then had a link.

I hovered over the link to see where it lead - then clicked on the profile to learn more… only to learn the profile had been suspended, yet it’s comments seemed to be remaining…

The most important element of comments on reddit is no selling, and the second most important is no self-promotions.

With his etiquette in mind, I have crafted my ai replies to be helpful, encouraging, add a bit of knowledge to the conversation… and nothing more.

This is how I’ll measure success: my Karma score:

read about my Karma score tracking here.

With that in mind, we can collect the comments, review them, and then turn on the ‘answer’ automation to take care of the rest.

The first step is to collect the comments for human review and selection for automated reply.

Collect the Hot or New Topics for review

After human review and selection, the second automation can be fired manually or scheduled for replies through the day.

5). Storified Affiliate Content

This project will take the next month to fully fold out.

Affiliate Program Story Articles Organized for Automation

I have organized a mind map of AI Tools with referral programs that pay month affiliate fee for any customer you refer.

I created a title based on actual questions that people are asking about the service online, I collected some search-intent focused keywords, a set of words for ChatGPT to exclude, a persona to speak as, and a product to research and write about.

The prompts instructed the AI to generate a ‘Problem - Agitate - Solve’ story format.

Here are two examples

  1. First on an AI product,

  2. Second on a Yoga Mat.

Both of the articles above were created by similar variations of the Blueprint below.

Drawn from the spreadsheet, the data, keywords and persona are crafted into a Problem-Agitate-Solution framework.

Create The Article Draft

Create a Problem-Agitate-Solution format article using AI Writers.

Share The Published Article

Once the draft article has been approved and published, the second automation is triggered:

Stories are shared across all socials and updated in the spreadsheet.

This automation will be a staple work-horse for our project for the next month or two.

Let’s experiment to see if these article styles will generate sales via Amazon!

I can see a couple small improvements to help reduce editing time, and this will get to be a very amazing addition to our content flow!

6). Trading Signal Article Automation

Timely data events within your company can be turned into automated marketing content.

I reported on the earning of my Trading Course Community earlier and I want to grow the reach and help more students.

Before this automation, it was not possible for me to create an article every time we had a trading signal. I could not research and format and present the research required, within the number of waking hours I have - so this huge asset was left, un-monetized… until now.

Trade signals have AI including current research about the traded token

The automation is in the early testing phase and still run manually, then edited manually before publishing.

Because the topic of this trading alert also leads to my high ticket $100/month membership, this is a good place to invest the Make Automation testing.

The next improvements in the script will save a lot of the formatting and I’ll soon have it ready to post live rather than to a draft.

7). Voice Notes to Text

This is a personal favorite. I’m still using it for personal brainstorming and only ran this automation a half-dozen times in the month.

The blueprint takes my recorded throughs, organizes related ideas together and then creates a bulleted Standard Operating Procedure style to-do list for me.

I love using the voice notes while riding my bike, and then turn those brainstorming sessions into something valuable or something I can take action on.

Here are more ideas for using the voice notes Blueprint:

Closing

I would be delighted if these Blueprints were helpful for you.

We are all on the first stages of a new journey of automating what we can - so we can shift our focus onto serving the engagement that naturally flows from the ai content that we create.

Once our content generation is fully automated where it can be, our time naturally shifts to the highest value item - engagement with people.

AI automation takes a bit of work at the start. There is an investment in knowledge and setting up new assets.

And we are here to help!
